In most cases you will also benefit if the Solicitor has actual experience of the legal difficulty you face. Legal Expertise is far more complex than most people recognise. Solicitors can practice in an area of law for their entire career but still find that there are areas of that subject they never come across. A lawyer in family law may never have dealt with a case of abduction to a foreign country . A property lawyer in a city centre may never have purchased a farm.
This site offers you the opportunity to find a Solicitor to represent you who has experience of your specific legal problem and whose background and experience is most likely to make that Solicitor work well with you.
How to search?
This site couldn’t be easier to navigate. Finding a solicitor is free and there is no obligation to register. All you have to do is perform a simple search function using the buttons to the right of this page under ‘search for your solicitor here’. First you choose the general area of law eg matrimonial or conveyancing residential. At the same time select the County where you want the Solicitor to be located. Then click search and narrow down your search to the specific sub-heading that most closely applies to your case. You can also enter words into the keyword search to see if that helps you narrow down your search
You will then see details of Solicitors names and experience and where you can click for more details and see the full profile. This gives you information supplied by the Solicitor about their background including any special qualifications they may have , committees they may be on or books or articles they have written on their subject. So you get a much more rounded picture of whether this is likely to be the Solicitor for you.
Once you find the right solicitor you are free to get in touch with them using the details on their profile page. If you have any problems contacting them just call and let us know.
