Biography
Solicitor, Andrew Woolley, set up Woolley & Co in 1996 as the world's first 'virtual' lawfirm with no traditional offices but a network of home based lawyers. By embracing the latest internet technology he was able to cut administration time and offer clients a more accessible, human service.
He finds some of his enjoyment in life by doing the "legal bits" in plain English, hopefully in a way that fits the language that people understand.
As the business has grown Andrew spends more of his time looking at things from a customer point of view, trying to make sure the divorce and family clients of Woolley & Co feel they have received the 'exceptional customer service' we believe we offer.
Apart from running the business, from his base in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, his life is very simple, revolving happily around his family.
More than ten years after starting the firm’s business model is a great success and benefits clients throughout the UK and indeed all over the world. Andrew is now a regular on the speaking circuit, explaining how the virtual model works (more details here).
