Biography
I am the operations director of Legal Solutions Partnership. I am an accredited Senior Litigator by APIL (The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers). I have many years experience working in specialist personal injury firms (including Scott Rees and Fennemores). .
Experience
My specialist experience is in both personal injury claims and employment disputes. I am an APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers) Senior Litigator. My firm is also APIL accredited which means that our systems and experience demonstrate the depth of our expertise.
Most of my work in personal injury claims is road traffic accidents.
One area of specialisataion I have relates to the conduct/supervision of number of serious motorcycle accident claims which, when concluded, are likely to settle for well over £100,000.
As an experienced motorcyclist, I have a good understanding of vulnerability on the road.
We are often able to offer a no-win no-fee arrangement for our Clients. That of course is common to many firms. Where however I believe I can really add value is in the damages we obtain. In most claims liablity is not the issue. The real complexity tends to relate to the calculation of the losses.
This is especially true for self-employed people because what appears in their accounts may not wholly reflect the extent to which a business enables a good lifestyle. The presentation of a substantial loss of earnings claim is something of an art and one where I consider I can gain the best result for my Clients.
