Biography
Stephen is BLB's Managing Partner responsible for developing and implementing its strategy for growth and ensuring that the firm provides the best possible service to its clients.
He is an experienced commercial property lawyer acting for developers, investors and owner-occupiers and also advises on the sale of businesses – often where property is the principal asset. He is one of a few solicitors with expertise in developing and setting up fractional ownership schemes for properties in the UK and abroad. Fractional ownership documentation is complex and Stephen advises developers, investors and individual buyers.
Experience
Stephen Bishop is an experienced commercial lawyer specialising in leisure property, in particular, fractional ownership documentation. He is one of a few fractional ownership solicitors with experience in setting up fractional ownership schemes for developers and investors both in the UK and overseas and also advises buyers in buying into such schemes.
