Biography

I qualified in 2007. I very much enjoy the challenges of advising a wide range of businesses on their corporate and commercial legal issues

Experience

I specialise in all aspects of company law with a particular focus on advising small to medium enterprises. My work includes advising in connection with business acquisitions and disposals and the drafting and negotiation of general commercial contracts including shareholders agreements, partnership agreements and terms and conditions of business. In addition, my training in licensing law allows me to advise those engaged in the licensing sector in all aspects of their business.
