Biography
I have run Canty & Co since 2004 and understand how business works. I deal with various issues for clients, from start ups, to established business with plans for expansion.
Running my own business and being involved with the Birmingham Chamber of Commerce gives me insight into the day to day issues that face my clients, and allows me to give full and frank advice.
The best way to describe what we do at Canty & Co, is that we are ethical, considerate and practical in our advice to our clients
Experience
I am experienced in various areas of commercial property. I have dealt with Care Homes, Office Blocks, and retail, alongside cornershops, small businesses and start ups.
I deal with freehold and leasehold transactions at various values and differing complexities.
In dealing with these transactions, the needs of the client are paramount, and the deal must fit the client and the business needs of the client.
I am a lateral thinker, and where issues arise, there is usually a solution that can be found. A practical approach is vital in today's business world.
