Biography
Like all of the Challinors team, I am down-to-earth and here to help. At Challinors we support our clients, listen to their needs, understand and solve their problems, whilst communicating at every stage and keeping those all important costs down.
I joined Challinors in 1994 and deal with all aspects of both residential and commercial property transactions. I am also the appointed solicitor for Cottons Auctioneers and specialise in buying and selling at property auctions. As a member of The Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners I have a particular expertise in lease extension and freehold enfranchisement transactions, in particular on the Birmingham Calthorpe and Bournville Village Trust Estates.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

As a Partner, I'm very easy to deal with and I have substantial experience of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. I put my to expertise to good use, in particular for high net value and complex conveyancing transactions.

Our property team can help you with any sale or purchase including commercial, right to buy, investment properties and leaseholds as well as advice on other types of transaction such as transfers of equity, lease extensions etc. For commercial transactions, the property team can provide end-to-end solutions, supporting you with the purchase and sale of investment and development properties, joint ventures between investors, developers and land owners, secured finance and loan guarantees, planning and development, portfolio management, in addition to landlord and tenant issues, construction and contracts law (including JCT contracts) and professional negligence issues.
