Biography

Like all the Challinors team, I am down-to-earth and here to help. At Challinors we support our clients, listen to their needs, understand and solve their problems, whilst communicating at every stage and keeping those all important costs down.

I joined Challinors in 1986 and I am an accredited specialist with Resolution, one of a handful of solicitors authorised in the Midlands by this national scheme.

I’m married with three daughters and as part of my multi task juggling skills, I enjoy horse riding and walking in my spare time.

Experience

As Partner and Head of the Ancillary Relief Department at Challinors, I'm very easy to deal, you can pick up the phone and I’ll help you with whatever you need. I have a great deal of experience in Family Law and specifically in advising high net worth individuals on important matters such as the pension aspects of financial settlements.

I have a track record of acting for professionals across the economic sector and a high proportion of work is referred by Barristers, Judges and other solicitors. I am an accredited specialist with Resolution and one of only a handful of solicitors authorised in the Midlands by this national scheme.

Our family law team recognises that divorce or separation are never easy options, when there are many things to consider. All family issues are dealt with by experts in their field and members of recognised panels such as child care and financial settlements. Our exceptionally strong team of sensitive professionals specialises in individual areas of family law and can help with financial claims and settlements including support and matrimonial property, child care issues and agreements, other means of settlement including mediation and collaborative law, and arrangements prior to divorce.
