I am a member of the Solicitors for the Elderly. I am also a committee member and
Secretary of Birmingham branch of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)
His other interests include church children’s work, overseas charity work, theatre, jazz, jigsaw puzzles and cricket.
Experience
• I specialise in tax planning for individuals through Wills and Trusts
• I have particular involvement in attorneyship and court of protection work as well as living wills and acts as Court of Protection Deputy for various individuals
• I also have particular expertise in Wills and Trusts for the disabled including Personal Injury Trusts
