Biography
I am a Partner and have more than twenty five years experience of divorce and family law issues.
The practice is described by Legal 500 2009 as a “brilliant firm which undertakes top quality work” whilst Helen Jane is “diplomatic” and praised for her “steady pair of hands”.
The partner-led services at Benussi & Co range from mediation and collaborative law to complex (including multi-party and multiple jurisdiction) litigation when required.
The team available to me at Benussi & Co include an in-house Forensic Accountant and life coach.
I am a long-standing member of Resolution and have specialist training which enables me to undertake mediation and also work cases on a collaborative basis
Experience
I specialises in high value and complex matters. I have a wealth of experience of cases involving business valuations, “hidden” resources, trusts and overseas issues.
