Biography
Element Law brings a fresh and personalised approach to employment law and HR advice. I am an experienced employment solicitor and have worked for commercial firms in both Nottingham and Kent.
Small businesses often discover the value of good employment advice too late. Element Law helps them to get the best out of their people and stay one step ahead. Element Law can provide a range of services which include reviewing and updating existing contracts of employment and employment procedures or drafting new ones, responding to day to day HR matters, advising on redundancies and restructuring, advising on and preparing for tribunal cases and providing tailored training sessions.

Experience
In the last few months alone, I have acted for a range of small businesses and partnerships to give guidance in restructuring and reorganisation, redundancy processes and handling grievance and disciplinary processes. I have helped improve their proactive management of employee issues by providing contract templates and staff handbooks. I have worked with directors and employees, negotiating compromise agreements and helping guide them through the grievance process.
